• Conduct home showings, organize open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Function as an independent contractor and earn a flat-rate payment for each field event.

• Complete a video screening if selected after applying.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them.

• Openness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation is necessary.

• Ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Background screening is mandatory.
