This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients according to your own schedule.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Welcome clients, particularly during weekends.

• Function without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closing deals.

• Complete a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hold a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Willing to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Possess a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be willing to acquire them.

• Be prepared to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Have a reliable mode of transportation and the ability to travel within your market.

• Undergo a background screening as part of the hiring process.

• Operate as an independent contractor (1099 status).
