This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct home showings, facilitate open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience.

• Generate income in real estate without the necessity of closing a deal.

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Control your own schedule and manage your workload.

• Participate in field events for predetermined flat-rate compensation.

• Complete a video screening and an application process led by a recruiter, provided you meet the minimum qualifications.

• Possess a real estate license in the state where you will be employed.

• Commitment to affiliate your license solely with Redfin.

• Smartphone, laptop, and GPS are required, or a willingness to acquire them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable mode of transportation is essential.

• Capability to travel within your designated market.

• Must successfully pass Redfin's background check, in accordance with applicable law.
