This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Showcase properties, conduct open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Determine your own schedule and manage your workload effectively.

• Engage with clients, particularly during weekends.

• Operate without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings.

• Work remotely in the field without the need for office visits.

• Complete a video screening and participate in a recruiter-led application process if you meet the minimum qualifications.

• Function as an independent contractor and receive a flat-rate payment for each field event.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the readiness to obtain them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
