Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Showcase homes to potential buyers

• Organize and facilitate open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients based on your own schedule

• Engage with customers, particularly during weekends

• Complete a video screening and an application process led by a recruiter if you meet the minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or a willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation is essential

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Background screening is mandatory

• Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
