This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state you will be working in.

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the readiness to obtain these devices.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• A reliable mode of transportation and capability to travel within your designated market.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Must have independent contractor status (1099).
