This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open house events

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be employed

• Commitment to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin

• Possess a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or be prepared to acquire them

• Willingness to join the local Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and Realtor Association

• Dependable means of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market area

• Background check is mandatory

• Must operate as an independent contractor (1099)
