This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable mode of transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Capacity to work as an independent contractor

• Background screening is mandatory

• Must be eligible to work in Florida
