This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct home showings, organize open houses, and participate in inspections.

• Collaborate with clients on a flexible schedule.

• Offer real estate field services without the pressure of sales, contracts, or closings.

• Operate remotely in the field with no need for office visits.

• Submit an application and complete a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications.

• Affiliate your real estate license solely with Redfin.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state where you will be working.

• Commitment to affiliate your license exclusively with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them.

• Willingness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within your designated market area.

• Completion of a background screening in accordance with applicable laws.

• Independent contractor status (1099).
