• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin.

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them.

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable transportation is essential.

• Capacity to travel within your designated market area.

• Background screening is mandatory.

• Classification as an independent contractor (1099).
