This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Showcase homes to potential buyers

• Organize and host open house events

• Work remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Submit your application and complete a video screening if you meet the minimum qualifications

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license in the state you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to acquire them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Background screening is mandatory for this position
