Real Estate Associate Agent – 1099

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct property showings

• Organize open house events

• Participate in property inspections

• Set your own schedule and manage your workload

• Collaborate with clients at your convenience

• Provide customer service, particularly during weekends

• Operate remotely in the field without the need for office visits

• Engage in the application process, video screening, and follow-up with recruiters

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a real estate license for the state where you will be working

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Availability of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Reliable transportation required

• Capability to travel within your designated market

• Background screening is mandatory

• Independent contractor status (1099)
