This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

• Conduct home showings

• Organize open houses

• Participate in property inspections

• Collaborate with clients on your own schedule

• Attract clients, particularly on weekends

• Operate in a no-pressure environment, without contracts or closings

• Submit your application and complete a video interview if selected

• Exclusively affiliate your real estate license with Redfin

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid real estate license in the state where you will be employed

• Commitment to exclusively affiliate your license with Redfin

• Possession of a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or willingness to obtain them

• Readiness to join the local MLS and Realtor Association

• Dependable transportation

• Capacity to travel within your designated market

• Successful completion of background screening

• Status as an independent contractor (1099)
