• Access to a smartphone, laptop, and GPS, or the willingness to acquire them.

• Commitment to join the local MLS and Realtor Association.

• Dependable mode of transportation.

• Capacity to travel within your designated market.

• Must successfully complete Redfin's background screening in accordance with applicable laws.
