This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Quickly respond to high-intent inbound leads from Zillow.

• Establish trust and foster long-term relationships with clients.

• Guide both buyers and sellers through each stage of the transaction process.

• Showcase properties and conduct consultations with buyers.

• Present and negotiate offers, terms, and contracts effectively.

• Assist clients in making informed decisions within a competitive market.

• Utilize Navigate's systems, CRM, and technology for effective organization.

• Monitor conversations and follow up to convert opportunities into successful closings.

• Utilize marketing strategies, branding, and tools to expand the database and referral business.

• Remain updated on market trends, contractual obligations, and fair housing regulations.

• Engage in continuous training, coaching, and accountability initiatives.

• Provide an outstanding client experience while enhancing production and business growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Real Estate License (Required).

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Confidence or a willingness to develop negotiation and presentation skills.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

• Driven to establish a long-term, sustainable career in real estate.

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
