Real Estate Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Assist clients in discovering their ideal home.

• Establish a robust and sustainable real estate enterprise.

• Engage with motivated buyers and sellers through our partnership with Zillow and the company’s lead generation system.

• Employ effective systems to expedite the contracting process for clients.

• Successfully close approximately 2 to 6 or more transactions monthly.

• Take part in coaching, mentorship, accountability, and weekly training sessions.

• Collaborate with leadership and team members effectively.

• Build a personal business portfolio while seeking growth and leadership prospects.

• Utilize CRM, e-signature, document management, marketing, and office tools.

• An active Real Estate License is essential.

• Both new and experienced agents are encouraged to apply.

• Must be coachable, driven, and eager to achieve success.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities are required.

• Proficiency in technology, CRM systems, and social media is necessary.

• Aiming to develop a long-lasting, sustainable real estate business is important.

• Previous experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory.
