• Receive numerous high-intent opportunities from buyers and sellers each month

• Assist clients in discovering their ideal homes

• Develop and expand a sustainable real estate business and client portfolio

• Utilize established systems to secure contracts swiftly for clients

• Oversee buyer and seller relationships throughout the transaction process

• Leverage tools such as CRM, e-signature, document management, and marketing

• Engage in weekly training sessions, both in-person and virtual

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a valid Real Estate License

• Both new and seasoned agents are encouraged to apply

• Proficient in using technology, CRM systems, and social media platforms

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

• Must be coachable, driven, and eager to succeed

• Aiming to establish a long-term, sustainable real estate business

• Experience in marketing, social media, real estate law, fair housing, or property management is advantageous but not mandatory

• Attributes such as integrity, adaptability, initiative, determination, responsiveness, relationship-building, and problem-solving are essential
