Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Follow up on leads, assess property values, analyze comparable properties, and acquire new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and prepare contracts for approval.

• Estimate repair costs and ascertain the After Repair Value (ARV) and current As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers on their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies throughout the closing process.

• Purchase, renovate, and resell homes as part of the company's residential real estate investment operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication abilities and proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
