Real Estate Acquisition Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Pursue leads, evaluate properties, analyze comparable sales, and secure new homes.

• Negotiate the acquisition and sale of properties.

• Conduct thorough due diligence on all acquisitions and draft contracts for ratification.

• Assess repair costs and determine the After Repair Value (ARV) and current As-Is value of properties.

• Meet with homeowners to present offers for their properties.

• Collaborate with realtors, buyers, lenders, and title companies during the closing process.

• Hold regular in-person meetings with prospects and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of sales experience.

• Consistently ranked among the top 10% of sales personnel in previous positions.

• Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Demonstrated success in meeting and surpassing sales quotas through phone sales.

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher is preferred.
