React Developer, Energy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with business representatives and users as part of a Scrum team.

• Identify, evaluate, and clearly define business needs.

• Prioritize the Product Backlog with guidance from sponsors, ensuring alignment with the project vision.

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to outline functional requirements and manage the backlog.

• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, daily stand-ups, demos, backlog refinement, sprint transitions, and N-Amigos.

• Oversee the current sprint and address inquiries from the delivery team.

• Draft and prepare User Stories for the upcoming sprint.

• Develop a testing strategy, create test plans, and assist teams in conducting test campaigns.

• Contribute to project scoping by analyzing the existing environment, value chain, target IT systems vision, project setup, MVP, and estimation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree from an engineering school, business school, or university is required.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience is necessary.

• Completion of Agile training (Product Owner certification) is essential.

• Proven experience with operational responsibilities in an Agile setting.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling engagement with stakeholders, facilitation of discussions, decision-making, and teamwork.

• A keen interest in the retail sector, along with knowledge of retailers’ e-commerce, marketplace, and supply chain challenges.
