React Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain responsive web applications utilizing ReactJS

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features

• Produce clean, maintainable, and efficient code

• Engage in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to colleagues

• Diagnose and resolve issues in existing applications

• Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure adherence to best practices

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of development processes and methodologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

• 5 to 7 years of professional experience in software development

• Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality applications

• Strong expertise in ReactJS and its fundamental principles

• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API

• Solid grasp of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous requests

• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git

• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to thrive in an Agile development environment

• Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery

• Deep understanding of the distinction between coding and engineering

• Advanced oral English for effective collaboration with global teams

• Proficiency in Spanish

• Knowledge of TypeScript and its integration with ReactJS

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Mocha

• Familiarity with front-end build tools like Webpack or Babel

• Understanding of UI/UX design principles

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) is advantageous

• Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants
