RCM Contract Support Specialist – Bilingual Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee, interpret, execute, and evaluate IHCS and CMS payor contracts, provider agreements, reimbursement schedules, and fee structures.

• Ensure that the terms of contracts, reimbursement rates, billing requirements, and amendments are properly documented and represented in relevant billing systems.

• Conduct continuous audits of contracts and reimbursements to detect discrepancies, prevent revenue loss, guarantee compliance, and enhance reimbursement accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish.

• In-depth understanding of the managed care sector and product administration/implementation.

• At least 2–3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, payor contract oversight, billing, or reimbursement.

• Familiarity with healthcare payor contracts, fee schedules, reimbursement methods, claims processing, CPT, ICD-10, modifiers, and HCPCS.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, sorting, filtering, and data analysis.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• An Associate Degree is preferred.

• Preferred experience in contract auditing, pricing validation, identification of underpayments, and configuration of billing systems.
