• Support customers through phone, chat, and email channels.

• Offer precise information regarding automotive products and services.

• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries.

• Keep accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Remain informed about the latest services, policies, and promotional offers.

• Provide professional, friendly, and high-quality customer support.

• Work from Monday to Sunday, covering 24/7 operations with rotating shifts.
