RBT Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess new candidates on a daily basis, ensuring their profiles are accurate and complete.

• Match candidates to available clinic positions based on location, commuting distance, availability for part-time or full-time roles, and necessary certifications.

• Reach out to candidates via phone, text, and email for screening purposes.

• Follow up with inactive candidates, reminding them of upcoming interviews and checking in post-interview.

• Arrange interviews with clinics.

• Maintain up-to-date statuses for each candidate in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Identify open positions that remain unfilled and provide explanations for the delays.

• Independently manage the candidate pool each day.

• Contact new candidates within one business day.

• Take ownership of the entire interview scheduling process, including attendance confirmation and follow-ups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or staffing, preferably in high-volume environments.

• Proficient in spoken and written English, with a clear and friendly communication style suitable for engaging with US candidates.

• Strong discipline in following up with candidates.

• Attention to detail in record-keeping.

• Access to reliable internet, a laptop, a headset, and a webcam.

• Availability during the hours of 1AM–9AM PST (1PM–9PM ET).

• Experience in US healthcare, behavioral health, or ABA recruiting is a plus.

• Familiarity with Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) positions is beneficial.

• Experience collaborating with a US-based team is advantageous.
