This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance through impactful in-person interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare providers, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within designated accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state information to encourage appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and market dynamics to uncover opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate suitable treatment options.
• Aid patient access by sharing information regarding prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Hemophilia business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and enhance Hemophilia territory initiatives.
• Live within a reasonable distance from all business locations in the assigned territory.
• Travel to accounts and office locations within the territory, including overnight stays as required.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the past 7 years will result in disqualification from employment.
• Ability to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. from any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, particularly in Hemophilia.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Preferred: Proficiency in digital engagement tools (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling models.
