This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Enhance customer engagement and boost sales performance through effective face-to-face interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, with healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within designated accounts.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state information to support the appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to pinpoint opportunities, prioritize accounts, and advocate for suitable treatment options.
• Assist in patient access by providing insights on prior authorization processes, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access obstacles, and promote Hemophilia business goals.
• Utilize digital tools and insights to strategize, implement, and enhance Hemophilia territory activities.
• Travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory, including overnight stays as required.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or a related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider role.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in Hemophilia.
• Strong knowledge of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Proven experience engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Demonstrated business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Proficient in digital engagement tools, such as Veeva Engage and Zoom.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is mandatory.
