
Rare Disease Account Specialist – Hemophilia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Enhance customer engagement and sales results through effective face-to-face interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, HCPs, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and Community Hospitals.
• Cultivate strong, compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within assigned accounts.
• Convey approved promotional and disease-state messaging to promote the appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Utilize knowledge of the product, disease, and market to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and facilitate suitable treatment options.
• Assist in patient access by providing information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources as necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Hemophilia business goals.
• Employ digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and enhance activities within the Hemophilia territory.
• Propel the growth of Pfizer’s Hemophilia portfolio through compliant and strategic relationships within designated accounts.
• Work alongside Hemophilia Treatment Centers, Key Opinion Leaders, and Hematologists to implement promotional strategies and ensure appropriate access.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from employment.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must have authorization to be employed in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
