This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.
• Foster customer engagement and enhance sales performance through effective face-to-face interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, healthcare providers, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within designated accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state messaging to encourage appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Utilize knowledge of products, diseases, and the market to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support suitable treatment options.
• Assist with patient access by offering information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Hemophilia business objectives.
• Employ digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and enhance activities within the Hemophilia territory.
• Propel the growth of Pfizer’s Hemophilia portfolio through compliant and strategic relationships within assigned accounts.
• Partner with Hemophilia Treatment Centers, Key Opinion Leaders, and hematologists to execute promotional strategies and facilitate access.
• Travel throughout the Missouri and Northern Arkansas territory, including potential overnight stays.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; marketing within these fields; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid US driver’s license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of all business locations within the assigned territory.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Candidates may need to stay overnight as required.
• Candidates must be authorized for employment in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required; U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• Preferred: 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in Hemophilia.
• Preferred: Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement.
• Preferred: Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Preferred: Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Preferred: Strong digital engagement skills (e.g., Veeva Engage, Zoom) and comfort with hybrid selling models.
