
Rare Disease Account Specialist – Hemophilia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Enhance customer engagement and sales effectiveness through meaningful in-person interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, with healthcare providers, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within assigned accounts.
• Present approved promotional and disease-state messaging to facilitate appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Leverage product, disease, and market expertise to identify opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support suitable treatment options.
• Assist with patient access by providing insights on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to address customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and promote Hemophilia business goals.
• Utilize digital tools and insights to strategically plan, execute, and enhance activities within the Hemophilia territory.
• Be located within a reasonable distance to all business points within the assigned territory.
• Travel to all accounts and office locations in the territory, with overnight stays as needed based on the size of the territory and business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with 8+ years of relevant work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or related therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver's license and a driving record that meets company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citation within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• Willingness to travel to all accounts and office locations within the territory.
• Candidates must have authorization to be employed in the U.S. by any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available currently or in the future.
