This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +1 more state.
• Enhance customer engagement and drive sales performance through impactful in-person interactions at Hemophilia Treatment Centers, with healthcare professionals, multidisciplinary HTC care teams, and community hospitals.
• Establish compliant relationships with hematologists, HTCs, and multidisciplinary care teams within assigned accounts.
• Communicate approved promotional and disease-state messaging to promote the appropriate use of Hemophilia products.
• Leverage product, disease, and market knowledge to pinpoint opportunities, prioritize accounts, and support suitable treatment options.
• Facilitate patient access by providing information on prior authorization requirements, reimbursement support, hubs, and co-pay resources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet customer needs, eliminate access barriers, and further Hemophilia business objectives.
• Utilize digital tools and insights to plan, implement, and enhance Hemophilia territory activities.
• Cover the regions of Tennessee and parts of Alabama.
• Travel throughout the assigned territory and stay overnight as required.
• A Bachelor’s degree OR an associate’s degree with a minimum of 8 years of work experience OR a high school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 10 years of work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales; pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device marketing; or relevant therapeutic-specific healthcare provider experience.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and a driving record that complies with company standards.
• No DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years.
• Ability to live within a reasonable distance of all business points within the assigned territory.
• Capacity to travel to all accounts/office locations within the territory.
• Willingness to stay overnight as necessary depending on territory size and business requirements.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• Permanent work authorization in the United States is required.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
• 3–5 years of specialty sales experience, ideally in Hemophilia.
• Strong understanding of complex disease states, biologics, and specialty reimbursement processes.
• Experience in engaging key opinion leaders and high-influence accounts.
• Proven business acumen, data-driven decision-making, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Strong digital engagement skills, including familiarity with Veeva Engage and Zoom.
