Radiation Therapist – Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with key customer locations to formulate clinical protocols.

• Participate in exhibitions and conduct product demonstrations, supporting sales at customer sites.

• Deliver clinical applications training to customers both on-site and through remote methods.

• Develop and implement training materials, such as workflows, user guides, and e-learning courses.

• Offer telephonic support to customers and colleagues regarding the clinical operation of Vision RT systems.

• Organize or facilitate training sessions for customers and employees.

• Present at seminars, training programs, and trade shows as part of group presentations.

• Collaborate with R&D to give product feedback and suggestions for enhancement.

• Conduct testing and provide feedback analysis to the development team.

• Assist in creating customer information bulletins and monitor their distribution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).

• At least 3+ years of experience in a clinical radiotherapy setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong communication skills.

• Exceptional customer service abilities.

• Experience in a dynamic commercial or clinical environment.

• Possession of a valid driver's license.

• Valid passport, as 90–100% of the position entails domestic and international travel.

• Experience with AlignRT/OSMS.
