This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +1 more country.
β’ Carry out all project-related tasks from start to finish, which includes link setup, testing, study invitation preparation and delivery, management of exclusion lists, and reconciliation of incentives.
β’ Oversee and manage sampling for designated projects, starting from internal invites to customized recruitment efforts.
β’ Collaborate with project assistants to effectively utilize available recruitment methods.
β’ Develop sampling strategies for assigned projects.
β’ Coordinate with other teams to optimize internal sampling resources through phone recruitment, tailored emails, and alternative recruitment methods.
β’ Evaluate projects and notify project managers when internal sampling strategies have been fully utilized.
β’ Provide updates on recruitment to the project management team as needed.
β’ Ensure timely completion of projects in accordance with client deadlines.
β’ Create alternative sampling approaches when internal panel samples are inadequate.
β’ Monitor, track, and report sampling performance at the project level.
β’ Utilize M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to enhance project delivery.
β’ Respond promptly to requests from project managers and stakeholders.
β’ Attend meetings with project managers to grasp project requirements, client expectations, timelines, and responsibilities.
β’ Take detailed notes and complete checklists during key meetings, sharing them with participants.
β’ Conduct internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews, ensuring timely execution and involving direct interactions with clients and respondents.
β’ Monitor, track, and report on the performance of custom recruitment efforts.
β’ Assist project managers in finalizing projects and preparing them for invoicing.
β’ Establish Dynamic Audiences in line with client specifications.
β’ A Bachelorβs degree or equivalent is required.
β’ Coursework in market research or healthcare is preferred but not mandatory.
β’ 0 to 1 year of experience in market research.
β’ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
β’ Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of functioning well under pressure.
β’ Familiarity with market research tools and platforms is preferred.
β’ Ability to meet and surpass key performance metrics.
β’ Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a solid understanding of English grammar rules.
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a quick learner of new technologies and software.
β’ Basic math skills are essential, including the ability to calculate incidence rates, response rates, profit, etc.
β’ A genuine interest or previous exposure to the healthcare sector is advantageous.
β’ Strong critical thinking abilities and a proactive approach to improving skills and troubleshooting with project managers using all available resources to ensure project success.
β’ Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team to achieve study-specific and departmental goals.
β’ Self-driven and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the day.
β’ Excellent time management and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
β’ Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
β’ Willingness to work during US EST and UK hours.
