Quality Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the team and strategize the execution of activities in collaboration with Site and Construction Management.

• Oversee the technical performance of subcontractors and guarantee the integrity of materials and equipment.

• Validate electromechanical assemblies and installations to ensure compliance with designs, engineering standards, and contract specifications.

• Ensure adherence to HSE standards, local regulations, and relevant legislation.

• Utilize knowledge of hydromechanical equipment and lifting systems within hydroelectric power plants and small hydroelectric facilities.

• Manage nonconformities (NCRs) and quality records while maintaining up-to-date document control.

• Offer technical support to both the client and internal team while fostering continuous process improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in Mechanical, Electrical, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in quality control of industrial equipment for hydroelectric power plants.

• Proficiency in intermediate Spanish.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently, both internationally and domestically, and to relocate to project sites.

• A specialization or certification as a Quality Inspector is advantageous.

• Proficiency in intermediate English is a plus.
