📋 Description

• Lead the team and coordinate activity execution alongside Site and Construction Management, ensuring efficiency, adherence to deadlines, resource availability, and compliance with contractual obligations.

• Monitor the technical performance of subcontractors by evaluating their capabilities and deliverables, while ensuring that processes for receiving and handling materials and equipment maintain asset integrity.

• Exercise technical authority in the validation of electromechanical assemblies and installations, ensuring strict adherence to designs, engineering standards, and contractual specifications.

• Serve as the HSE guardian, ensuring that all assembly and commissioning activities fully comply with company policies, local regulations, and applicable legislation.

• Utilize specialized knowledge of hydromechanical equipment and lifting systems to guarantee technical accuracy throughout all installation phases at hydroelectric power plants and small hydropower facilities.

• Manage the entire process of Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and quality records, maintaining document control and collaborating with engineering teams to address technical issues.

• Provide continuous technical support to both the client and internal teams, encouraging ongoing process improvement through operational feedback and the integration of lessons learned into future projects.
