Quality Specialist – External Network

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Ensure quality oversight of Dechra's external manufacturing network.

• Assist in Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and the establishment of Quality Technical Agreements (QTAs).

• Oversee management of deviations, complaints, change controls, and investigations.

• Facilitate supplier, customer, and regulatory audits.

• Participate in new product introductions, technical transfers, and validation processes.

• Lead quality risk management and enhance performance across contract manufacturing organizations.

• Aid in batch disposition activities as necessary.

• Guarantee compliance with GMP and GDP throughout the supply chain.

• Foster strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external manufacturing partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related scientific field (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in pharmaceutical Quality Assurance or as a Quality Specialist.

• In-depth understanding of GMP, GDP, and pharmaceutical quality systems, including Veeva.

• Familiarity with audits, investigations, change control, and complaint management.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capacity to work efficiently across international and cross-functional teams.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset combined with meticulous attention to detail.
