Quality Control Supervisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Set a positive example by showcasing integrity and accountability

• Advocate for and uphold Apex's health and safety protocols

• Monitor and assess stormwater compliance teams as they carry out their tasks, providing constructive feedback for enhancement

• Ensure that teams effectively care for company equipment and other resources

• Report directly to the Stormwater Compliance Manager for the Commercial Stormwater Southeast Region

• Provide mentorship to Compliance Crew Foreman and Crew Technicians

• Engage in occasional overnight travel

⛳️ Requirements

• GED or High School Diploma

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in successfully developing and managing field projects while supervising personnel

• Willingness to travel as needed

• Capability to perform manual labor

• Ability to lift and transport 60 pounds, work in confined spaces, and endure harsh weather conditions

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• A valid driver's license, a safe driving record, and dependable transportation are mandatory

• Comprehensive understanding of safe work practices in line with OSHA regulations

• Proven history of excellent attendance and punctuality

• Ability to successfully clear pre-employment background checks and drug screenings

• Basic computer skills are required
