Quality Control Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assess and analyze AI-generated content for linguistic precision, grammatical integrity, and cultural sensitivity.

• Detect problems and produce high-quality revisions to enhance language outputs.

• Create natural prompts and responses in Filipino to improve conversational datasets.

• Work collaboratively with international teams to elevate the quality and performance of AI language models.

• Participate in a four-week language evaluation project starting ASAP, committing approximately 20 hours per week.

• Strong academic or professional qualifications in linguistics (mandatory).

• Native or professional level fluency in Filipino, coupled with exceptional written communication skills.

• Comprehensive understanding of Filipino grammar, linguistic structures, and cultural subtleties.

• Experience in language assessment, review, or comparable positions.

• Comfort with preference ranking, prompt-response formulation, grammatical checks, and text enhancement.

• Detail-oriented mindset with a capacity to provide clear and constructive feedback.
