This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and uniformity

• Cross-reference Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications

• Confirm punctuation, capitalization, numerals, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and text normalization protocols

• Maintain the integrity of original words and meanings

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies

• Utilize reference audio to clarify ambiguous instances

• Consistently apply project-specific quality benchmarks

• Offer precise feedback and highlight recurring issues as needed

• Fulfill assigned QC tasks within designated project timelines and productivity goals

• Exceptional writing capabilities in the target language

• Keen attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong grasp of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language

• Proficiency in spotting inconsistencies and errors in formatted text

• Capability to adhere to detailed guidelines and implement them consistently

• Basic computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity goals

• Prior experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project
