Quality Control Specialist – AI/ML, Polish Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and uniformity.

• Compare Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications.

• Confirm punctuation, capitalization, numerical values, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Ensure that the original wording and meaning are maintained.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related discrepancies.

• Utilize reference audio to clarify ambiguous instances when necessary.

• Consistently implement project-specific quality benchmarks.

• Deliver constructive feedback and highlight recurring issues as needed.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project deadlines and productivity expectations.

• Assist in an AI language initiative aimed at enhancing speech recognition systems.

• Exceptional written communication skills in the target language.

• Solid understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language.

• Ability to spot inconsistencies and mistakes in formatted text.

• Capability to adhere to detailed guidelines and apply them consistently.

• Basic computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection.

• Ability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity benchmarks.

• Previous experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.
