This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Support the database architecture for AI initiatives.
• Aid in the development and upkeep of data pipelines for the ingestion, storage, and processing of extensive data volumes.
• Ensure that data is readily available and accessible for data scientists and other stakeholders.
• Assist in the prototyping and evaluation of Generative AI models addressing specific business challenges.
• Engage in the analysis of AI model logs and usage metrics to pinpoint failures, unexpected behaviors, and areas for enhancement.
• Document the processes, methodologies, and outcomes of AI initiatives.
• Contribute to the design of business process solutions utilizing AI.
• Familiarity with database architecture and design of data pipelines.
• Understanding of data integration across systems.
• Proficiency with structured, vector, and unstructured database tools.
• Knowledge of Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Familiarity with cloud platform infrastructure and frameworks, such as Salesforce, AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, and Dataiku.
• Understanding of stacks and frameworks for developing AI solutions, including LLMs, agents, and agentic systems.
• Familiarity with MLOps and AIOps architectures, which include CI/CD for models, version control, and monitoring via MLflow.
• Knowledge of IDE-based tools like Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Codex.
• Certifications in Databricks, Azure, or AWS are advantageous.
• Familiarity with SAS is a plus.
• Experience with implementing machine learning and computer vision solutions in data pipelines is a plus.
• Understanding of data governance is beneficial.
• Experience in optimizing infrastructure costs (FinOps) for AI projects is an asset.
• Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD) for AI projects is a plus.
• Availability to work from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
