Consulting Manager – AI Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint areas for enhancing productivity and business processes via AI-driven solutions.

• Assist in AI adoption projects across various business functions and departments.

• Conduct workshops, office hours, and working sessions that focus on AI use cases and best practices.

• Create enablement materials such as knowledge articles, playbooks, prompt libraries, user guides, and training resources.

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and business users regarding practical applications of AI.

• Collect feedback and assess adoption, engagement, and business impact.

• Work alongside technical teams to convert business needs into AI-enabled solutions.

• Advocate for responsible AI practices, governance standards, and security awareness.

• Assist in organizational change initiatives related to emerging technologies and digital transformation.

• Contribute to presentations, recommendations, and strategic initiatives for clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of consulting experience at a large enterprise-level firm.

• Background in technical product management.

• Experience leading teams across one or more workstreams in an Agile setting.

• Proven track record in delivering AI-driven solutions, including the recommendation and implementation of suitable AI technologies.

• Experience in promoting AI adoption and enabling AI capabilities.

• Practical experience with enterprise generative AI tools and platforms.

• Capability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in developing documentation, training materials, and user-facing content.

• Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management.

• Knowledge of responsible AI, data governance, security, and enterprise risk considerations.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Preferred: Experience with Claude, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in supporting AI Center of Excellence (CoE) initiatives.

• Preferred: Consulting experience within large enterprise organizations.

• Preferred: Familiarity with AI prompt engineering, agent-based workflows, and AI adoption programs.
