Bilingual German Generalist Expert – AI Safety

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop expert-level prompts in German related to sensitive topics.

• Utilize structured guidelines to categorize prompts and conversations.

• Identify adversarial language and escalation trends.

• Keep a record of the rationale behind decisions made.

• Assess and improve the ability of advanced AI models to manage sensitive subjects in German.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and enhancing AI systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in German.

• Proficient business-level written English.

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.

• Strong written reasoning skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Good judgment regarding sensitive and dual-use information.

• Engagement as an independent contractor.

• Must not require H1-B or STEM OPT support.

• Experience in reviewing, grading, or red-teaming written or technical content is a plus.

• A background in trust and safety, content moderation, policy assessment, or adversarial testing is a plus.
