Quality Control Specialist, AI/ML, Dutch

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Evaluate completed Display Transcription tasks for precision and uniformity.

• Contrast the Display Transcription with the original lexical transcript and project specifications.

• Confirm the accuracy of punctuation, capitalization, numbers, dates, times, currencies, abbreviations, and other text normalization standards.

• Ensure the original words and meanings are intact.

• Detect and rectify formatting or guideline-related mistakes.

• Utilize reference audio when needed to clarify ambiguous situations.

• Consistently apply project-specific quality standards.

• Provide precise feedback and highlight recurring issues as necessary.

• Complete assigned quality control tasks within project timelines and productivity goals.

• Assess language annotation tasks and ensure AI-generated transcripts are transformed into natural, readable display text.

• Exceptional written communication skills in the target language.

• Strong focus on detail and accuracy.

• Solid understanding of punctuation, capitalization, and conventions of written language.

• Capacity to identify inconsistencies and mistakes in formatted text.

• Ability to adhere to detailed guidelines and apply them reliably.

• Basic computer proficiency and a dependable internet connection.

• Capability to work autonomously and achieve quality and productivity objectives.

• Prior experience in transcription, proofreading, quality control, annotation, or linguistic projects is advantageous.

• Training and project guidelines will be provided prior to the commencement of the project.
