Quality Control Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +26 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct quality assessments of final reports and completed documents for precision and thoroughness

• Detect missing information and areas in need of correction

• Reach out to internal stakeholders or clients to gather necessary information

• Ensure that products meet both company and customer standards

• Refer complex inquiries to a supervisor or lead

• Verify the quality and accuracy of documents or reports prior to final printing and distribution to customers

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Proficient in PC operations

• Strong attention to detail

• Effective verbal and written communication abilities

• Basic knowledge of customer compliance requirements

• Flexibility to work hours starting as early as 8:00 AM and ending as late as 7:30 PM
