Quality Audit Analyst – Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Design and implement training sessions

• Conduct thorough audits

• Evaluate programs

• Oversee project management

• Ensure adherence to processes and procedures, guaranteeing work is completed accurately, promptly, and in line with established standards

• Develop procedural documents (DLP - desk level procedure) for the entry of provider data

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience in health insurance, or 4 years of health insurance experience

• Strong analytical and mathematical abilities

• Proven experience in report preparation and data analysis

• Effective interpersonal skills for collaborating with employees and management on performance evaluations

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to make independent decisions with little to no supervision

• Competence in project management

• Proficient presentation skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle daily workloads and meet deadlines

• Proficiency in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and databases
