This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Perform comprehensive quality assurance audits across both clinical and operational workflows.
• Assess documentation, reports, and case materials for precision, compliance, and adherence to healthcare standards.
• Utilize QA audit tools and platforms, such as CentralReach, to assess performance and recognize areas for improvement.
• Analyze and apply healthcare regulations and standards across various scenarios and cases.
• Offer constructive feedback and suggestions for enhancement.
• Conduct data analysis using Excel and other tools to monitor trends, identify risks, and aid in decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold and enhance quality standards.
• Develop and refine QA processes, frameworks, and documentation.
• Convert complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Oversee multiple audits and projects concurrently utilizing project management tools.
• Engage in the recruitment process, including application review, one-way video interviews, recruiter discussions, client matching, interview preparation, and feedback stages.
• Prior experience in quality assurance, healthcare administration, compliance, auditing, or a similar position is preferred.
• Background in ABA or healthcare is highly beneficial.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable reviewing extensive information and pinpointing discrepancies.
• Proficient in spreadsheet and computer applications.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
• Strong follow-through and accountability.
• Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines.
• Comfortable providing professional and constructive feedback to team members.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Availability to work US hours (9am–5pm EST).
