📋 Description

• Oversee the Customer Flow Program by collaborating with Support and Field teams to transform customer use cases into validation strategies.

• Develop comprehensive testing strategies for significant features and architectural modifications.

• Serve as the quality gatekeeper to address potential blind spots.

• Manage release readiness for essential UEM modules, which includes test pipelines, risk assessments, and Go/No-Go technical confidence.

• Produce technical playbooks and best-practice documentation for Support and Solution Engineering teams.

• Influence the automation roadmap by leveraging AI-assisted tools and customer workflow needs.

• Take ownership of end-to-end quality for Workspace ONE Printer & IoT device management across both legacy connectors and modern MQTT/AWS IoT architectures.

• Assess printer and IoT workflows from the enrollment stage through to decommissioning.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound architectural knowledge of UEM/MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE, Intune, or JAMF.

• Familiarity with enrollment pipelines, policy engines, compliance state machines, certificate lifecycles, and OS-level MDM protocols.

• Capability to comprehend interactions among identity, endpoint security, and network configurations in hybrid-cloud settings.

• Proven history of integrating testability and observability into product architecture during the design phase.

• Strong skills in root-cause analysis.

• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both developers and customers.

• Competency in validating printer enrollment using ZPL/OEM provisioning files and MQTT-based staging workflows.

• Experience with device certificate issuance, auto-renewal managed by a configured Certificate Authority, AWS IoT delivery, and revocation during enterprise wipe processes.

• Proficiency in testing firmware push/pull workflows through MQTT or OEM connectors.

• Knowledge of connector-to-MQTT migration testing, device list view migration, and ensuring backward compatibility.

• Ability to validate printer/IoT telemetry flows into Workspace ONE Intelligence through ETL and verify alerts and dashboards.

• Understanding of scheduled sampling/check-in synchronization flows.

• Capability to gather device-side, IoT service, and broker logs for troubleshooting purposes.

• 8+ years of practical engineering experience in Quality, Platform, Systems Engineering, or Solutions Architecture within End-User Computing or enterprise SaaS.

• Leadership experience in mentoring others and spearheading quality initiatives across teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
