QA Engineer – Mobile & Payment Flows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Execute predetermined payment scenarios utilizing local payment methods and document the outcomes.

• Validate essential login procedures, OTP, and various user flows following releases.

• Conduct tests on specific flows using a real Android device and replicate issues as necessary.

• Investigate features and document particular user journeys.

• Occasionally analyze competitor applications.

• Offer concise summaries of tests conducted, outcomes observed, and provide relevant screenshots or screen recordings.

• Fulfill regular and on-demand tasks from various product teams.

• Supply evidence of completion for tasks accomplished.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must currently reside in India.

• Possess an Android smartphone with an active Indian SIM capable of receiving OTPs.

• Have a working Indian payment method, such as UPI or a locally issued card.

• Experience in hands-on QA/testing.

• Proficient in written English.

• Ability to capture screenshots and record screen activity.

• Willingness to provide evidence of task completion.

• Mobile QA experience is a plus.

• Experience in payments, fintech, or subscription testing is advantageous.

• Background in production smoke or regression testing is desirable.

• Experience in product or competitor research is a bonus.
