Quality Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Evaluate work outputs against established quality benchmarks, rubrics, and guidelines.

• Detect errors, inconsistencies, and omissions, documenting them thoroughly.

• Offer structured, actionable insights to contributors and stakeholders.

• Monitor quality metrics and highlight recurring issues or patterns.

• Assist in refining and enhancing quality processes, checklists, and assessment criteria.

• Collaborate asynchronously with a geographically distributed team across different time zones.

• Participate in projects aimed at training and improving AI systems.

• Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a comparable review-oriented position.

• Keen attention to detail with the ability to spot errors that others may overlook.

• Exceptional written communication skills and the capability to provide clear, constructive feedback.

• Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to changing standards in a dynamic environment.

• Dependable internet connection and a quiet, focused workspace.

• Familiarity with data annotation, content review, or evaluation processes is advantageous.

• Experience working with remote or distributed teams is beneficial.

• Background in a relevant technical, editorial, or analytical field is a plus.

• Must be an independent contractor.
