Qualitative Project Assistant, German speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee qualitative projects and support the Project Manager in delivering results that meet client specifications.

• Collaborate with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies.

• Ensure the quality of deliverables before they are submitted to the client.

• Recruit respondents in their native language, utilizing panels and free-finding methods.

• Call, confirm, and rescreen respondents who have participated in an online screener.

• Complete internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers.

• Manage and oversee vendors assigned to qualitative projects.

• Review deliverables from vendors.

• Negotiate pricing with vendors and freelancers and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.

• Act as a liaison with clients for Project Managers as needed.

• Administer respondents, vendors, and project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.

• Previous experience in market research is preferred, particularly within the medical or healthcare sector.

• Must be business fluent in both German and English.

• Outstanding time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Capability to prioritize and adjust priorities throughout the day.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Quick to learn new technologies and software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Must be able to manage multiple research projects accurately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must verify registration status or willingness to register with the state or national tax department as a self-employed contractor or freelancer, or establish a personal limited company.
